I wish I had been told before today that orders online do not automatically convert to your rewards points. In the past year, I have ordered several hundreds of dollars worth of cupcakes and a wedding cake but none of that went to my rewards.
If you order online, make sure to ask in person to add in your rewards points!

This store tries to charge the highest price on their small cakes. Other small cake stores in Alabama give an automatic 10 percent discount to educators. This location is not participating in Clipp.com offers while their 2 local sister stores are offering discounts through Clipp.

I sent an email on April 4th requesting a custom cake and received a response on April 8th with pricing details. I was told the order needed to be confirmed by April 9th, and I replied the same day to move forward. Unfortunately, after sending three follow-up emails and making two phone calls, I have still not received any response regarding my order.
