The menu features fresh and delicious dishes, such as the Big Sky Salad, onion rings, and mushroom Swiss burger with bison. Many enjoy the great mushroom burger, parmesan crusted broccoli, and bison nachos appetizer. The 8oz bison strip steak is a standout when perfectly prepared, though some find it inconsistent. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, like the amazing waitress Whitney, who knows the menu well and provides excellent recommendations. While the baked potato isn’t available until after 4 pm, kids love the buttered noodles and cheesecake with blackberries. The sours instead of bread rolls are a pleasant surprise. Though the soup selection is limited to clam chowder and chili, this is where you come for a well-prepared slice of seasoned bison.
