The wait was a little long but it was to be expected on a Saturday. But once we finally got In they got to us right away! It was my first time going and I really love rolls but for me my favorite was the blooming onion 10/10. The manager made sure the food and the drinks were good and made sure we were good as well!! I will be going back!!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had. Very poor food (warm and over cooked) and poor service. Sadly, i won’t be back. Was offered a voucher, which was a redeeming gesture , but i must have been an ‘in joke’ as two members of staff were laughing at me as I was leaving the premises.

I ordered half a dozen of rolls and waited over 20 minutes. I politely asked how much longer it would be and was told they were cooked to order. Ended up leaving 25 minutes later with no rolls. It does not take 20+ minutes for rolls.

Great food. Was busy so they gave us a discount. They take care of their patrons

Don't make a reservation! You will still be waiting when you get there. And when you ask, you will be told that the people are just sitting and not moving is the reason.

While waiting several parties cane in that were our size (8).

Amazing place to celebrate and eat steak. Serving staff stays engaged without being overbearing. Steaks arrive as ordered and the kitchen delivers on a timely fashion even when the restaurant is at capacity.

The family went out for dinner Sunday night. Everything was great. Our server Josh was always on point! Never had to look around or wait for him to come around. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lily provided exceptional customer service on a busy Saturday night. She was flexible, professional, and had a warm, bubbly personality. Her recommendations were spot on, and she delivered swift, attentive service, consistently checking in to ensure our needs were met. When her manager stopped by, we had nothing but glowing praise for her.

Ryan was also fantastic, offering great recommendations that we’ll definitely be coming back for. The entire experience—from the welcoming hostess staff to the fresh, hot food—was outstanding. The wait time was minimal, and the customer service was top-notch.

Slow service. Restaurant was not overly busy. Seemed short staffed and perhaps all the birthday singing took away from the needed food service. Good sadly came out lukewarm instead of hot off the grill. Used to be my favorite steakhouse.

Caroline is the most efficient server here. I come here at least 3 times a month and every time, she's on point, courteous, and professional. She is my go-to server here!

The food is great! Atmosphere is wonderful. I hope this is the same when they move locations!

Texas Roadhouse.... Never disappointed. That place has its typical as atmosphere. Prefer sitting at the bar. Service from bar tender perfect . Food quality also very good
