this place is absolutely the cutest! the food is SO good. i had the nashville hot chicken wrap and it’s more on the spicier side which i loved. my FAVORITE item though was the cinnamon roll it was perfection and i wanted to buy so many more!! staff is super kind and sweet. another fav is the french toast!

If you haven’t been to Marietta Local yet, do yourself a favor and go. This place absolutely delivers. The baked cookies: warm, soft, and full of flavor without being overly sweet. The biscuits are everything you want in Southern comfort food: fluffy inside, a little crisp outside, and somehow even better when you drag them through that gravy.
Speaking of the gravy — it’s ridiculous. Silky, rich, and perfectly seasoned. It somehow manages to make the already amazing fried chicken even better. The chicken is cooked exactly how it should be — golden and crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. You can tell it’s made by people who actually care about what they’re serving.
The service matches the food — friendly, fast, and genuine. No pretense, no attitude, just good people serving great food.
I don’t say this lightly, but I’d drive over an hour just to eat here again. Places like this are rare — everything feels made with purpose and pride. Marietta Local is the kind of spot that reminds you why local food beats the chains every single time.

They’re claiming to have “addressed” all violations. However, their previous scores indicate to me that they truly do not care about the health and safety of their customers because 72 & 87 are not good scores either. Simply, DO NOT EAT HERE.
