Boru Ramen Noodle & Poke Bar offers a great dining experience with a variety of ramen options and poke bowls. The spicy chicken Ramen is a standout dish, perfect for those seeking a flavorful meal. The Chkn Chkn ramen is also popular, especially with Brussels included. Vegetarians will appreciate the vegetable broth and tofu protein choices, and they can build their own bowl to make it all veggie. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and attractive decor add to the overall charm of the restaurant. Service is quick, making it a good spot for a lunch break. The rich and delicious broth, perfectly cooked eggs, and generous portions make this place worth visiting. Although the restaurant is small with limited seating inside and outside, the quality of the food and affordable prices make it a hidden gem worth returning to. The art on the walls enhances the ambiance, making it a great place for anyone wanting authentic ramen or poke. Customers also mention that the ramen is very customizable, and the restaurant gets busy during lunch hours, especially near the courthouse. The inside is cozy with music playing, and payment options include cash or card, making it convenient. Overall, Boru Ramen Noodle & Poke Bar is a delightful spot for ramen lovers.
