First time going or even hearing about The Place. Surprisingly good place to dance. Awesome wall of screens and TVs around the dance floor playing the videos of the song being played. Wasn't crazy packed so there was plenty of room to dance. I heard the food is good too. Seemed like a locals bar/hangout spot. Not many of the other bar patrons actually danced. I might suggest if you want to go there to dance you bring your own posse. Our crew had a great time. And will be back

Everything you need in a dive bar. It is not kid friendly, the lighting is not bright, & the location is not swanky. The beer is cold, the environment is non-judgmental, & the food is crispy (fried) and hot. One of the last places you can smoke inside (and well ventilated, by the way). The Place is a perfect local watering hole.

Went here for New Years Eve. Brought 2024 in with a bang! The service was great. Music was good. Was able to pay for our table ahead of time. Will definitely continue to frequent this venue!

Love The Place. It’s better when you don’t bring a super drunk bipolar guy with you on his birthday. Candace was cool. Forgot the bartenders name before her. She was cool too. When I’m as far as Marietta it’s where I feel comfortable.
