Cook was very demeaning, very condescending I and when a complaint was made about the food not being cooked the way it was asked he wanted to get very snarky and rude. Will Not be back if he’s my cook and will not be back if I even see him in the building. Completely ruined a good New Year’s Eve with a nasty attitude and negative demeanor. Than store used to be a lot better. Only plus was the severs gabby and tabby took care of me to their fullest extent. Truly appreciate it their service. Only reason i may return.

So unfortunately we had to spend our entire Christmas Day at Kennestone Hospital with my father. He is doing better now but it was scary there for a bit. It was an extremely long day and very frustrating with the short staff at the hospital. It was Christmas Day and of course almost everything was closed. We hadn’t eaten since breakfast and found this Waffle House around 9 pm. The staff was Sooooo Nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that our food was good and it was very good! The cooks and waitresses were amazing. The meal was the highlight of our Christmas Day. The majority of the employees at Kennestone Hospital seemed a bit put out because they had to work on Christmas Day. Not the employees at this Waffle House. They were all cheerful and friendly. Thank you to all the wonderful employees at the Waffle House that made our Christmas Day!

This location can NEVER get an order correct. This is the 4th time I’ve placed a to-go order and it was wrong. They’ve completely forgotten to add things I ask for to the order (eggs, chilli, biscuit, etc.) and still charge me as if they gave me all that stuff.

The food was fantastic and the service was great! The waiter, the cook, and the manager all asked me how my meal was. It was fast too! I sat down and ordered and I swear the food was on the table maybe 6 minutes later. Sorry I don't have photos, I gobbled up those creamy grits, eggs and waffle.

I went here on Labor Day morning. Wasn't too busy. But the place was filthy. The food was on par great as usual. The wait staff at this location is a joke. More worried about being huddled up. Talking shit about people. Then giving good service. For refilling your drink when you needed it.

The reason I give them a 1 star it was horrible, it was way to much going on. They have at least messed up our orders at least 7 times and the waiter wrote everything down on the paper so I’m confused as to why they messed up our orders as many times as they did.

The place had 3 tables with customers. I was seated immediately and asked what I wanted to drink. Order was placed. I waited 20 mins no food. I asked the server when the food will be ready he stated five more minutes. The food arrived 15 minutes later and the entire order was incorrect.
