Its the 4th time they left out something I ordered. I should probably just double check them every time I go, but then again they double knot the bag before adding silverware or condiments half the time.

If you could do negative stars, they would have gotten -5. We got out and threw away trash (no signs posted about the trash cans.) Went inside there was an african american female server, and cook, and a caucasian server. The african american server made comments about the trash, we went to the restroom, and my sister ran to the car. As she came back inside, they made comments about us using their restroom. We sat down to eat, and they completely ignored us and continued their conversation. She finally came to us and we politely asked about the comments made. She told the white server to take our order because she did not feel like dealing with us. Very unprofessional and rude to what would have been paying customers and got tippers. -5/5 stars.

My partner and I had our first Waffle House experience as we’re visiting from the northeast, and the waitress was the reason we’d go back again, and honestly, the reason why we’re even leaving a review (which we rarely do). Maddison was so delightful and it was fun conversing about Georgia and where we are from. It was perfect for a quick bite to eat while on our little trip!

The service was very horrible. CASSIE got frustrated when I was giving her my order. It seems she doesn't like the job. Then she need to do what she enjoy. It a great turn off to come in and meet with that kind of personality. She also went to discuss other customer's

The service and food was incredible. Shout out to the server Madddison(I beleave she's the blonde with tattoos on her arm) for making us feel welcomed. She even stayed prayed with us before giving the rest of our order. God Bless Y'all.

Thus, my amazing server 'LAIYLA' she brings the best in business attitude back into the long service provider of WH.

He has grown up going on early trip, to work with Dad. they have some growing pains to wake up to and the new generation needs to wake up to what real service means. They have a great area mentor manager. work hard crew and learn.
