Not only was the food nasty. They gave me a doughy waffle and got mad when I asked him to remake it. The service was awful. I requested chocolate chip pancakes and they told me they couldnāt do it that way because it would mess up the waffle maker, then why is it on the menu? Service was awful from waitress to cook. Bacon was so crispy you could crumble like a cookie
Came with my family, including a 3 year old child, and there was VERY LOUD, vulgar rap music being played loudly in the front of house by the cook, who had dreads and NO HAIR NET on.
When we just requested the music to be turned down we received a āHell no Iām not turning down my music.ā Iām appalled and will not be going back to this location. It is not at all a good representation of the company at all.

Have a young child. Walked in to hear loud vulgar wrap music. Simply asked if it could be turned down since we had impressionable ears. The cook, a man with dread locs vehemently refused to turn his music down. We did not even ask to have it turned off. We refused to eat at this location because apparently at this Waffle House...customers do not matter.
