I usually go to this Waffle House at night, and I’ve noticed that Cassie, one of the employees, tends to serve white customers before Black customers, even when they arrive later. It doesn’t matter if you get there first—if three other customers come in after you, she will serve them first and act innocent like nothing is happening. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any establishment. Everyone should be treated with the same level of respect and urgency. This just happened on Tuesday, February 4th, around 7:40 PM. I’m done with this location. If you care about fair treatment, I wouldn’t recommend coming here—this Waffle House tolerates racism.

I come here and ordered for me, my wife, & kid and the Old Hefer Cook is complaining about the size of my order and making an insulting remark saying who gets this much food this time of the morning as if my order is too big & wasn’t happy to prepare it,I will not be back.

This is the best Waffle House we’ve ever been to. Clean, bright and the staff are so happy and friendly. Ray is so awesome. Had us laughing the whole time we were there. Thanks Ray!

I have to say going to Waffle House is always a pleasure but at this location specifically Donna, ray, Cassie, and Jackson were out of this world with their service, attitude and kindness, they all deserve promotions for the experience I was given, awesome people and awesome food!!!

Asked to have my food cooked in butter instead of oil and the lady cook was rude and declined the simple request. Then proceeded to say "you can eat somewhere else". Lazy and rude service. I get this request fulfilled at other waffle houses just fine.
