I just sat at the window in the drive thru for 15 mins. I tried knocking on the window and beeping my horn and no one came. Eventually a guy came with my order and I said I think you owe me an apology. Why was I waiting 15 mins. He said sorry I was in the office. I got home. They got my order all wrong and no knife and fork (I ordered a baked potato). And the food was not good and the strawberry lemonade was just lemonade
Don’t eat there, how can you serve cold burgers
I have never had a bad experience with customer service from a manager at this store until today. I don’t know what her problem was but it needs to be address before you lose more customers. I order for myself and my coworkers from here at least 3-4 times a week because how close it is to our. Never again. I had to orders.
