Just book them!! Kathy is fantastic. We used Delightful Bitefull for our May 2026 wedding, and she made the planning process easy, even through multiple menu changes. Her team joined us for a planning meeting at our venue to make sure everyone was on the same page, which was a huge help. The food on wedding day was even more delicious than at our tasting, and the staff at the buffet and bar were wonderful.
Kathy is WONDERFUL! She and her team did my wedding and was amazing to work with. She is straight to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush which is exactly what I want in somebody who is catering my wedding. She has been doing this for a long time so I appreciated somebody who gave her opinion on what works and what doesn’t.
