Came 20 min before listed closing time. Door already locked.Funny enough sign on window said open till midnight yet closed before 10pm. List your hours ffs.

I will NEVER come here again! It’s not like I ever come to Wendy’s anyways but this just did it for me!! We got back in town from a long drive and my kids were begging me to try the new orange dreamsicle frosty and I finally said yes. I ordered them and the total was $4.26. I paid with a $5 bill. When I drive around to pick up my order I was informed that they were out of that flavor of frosty. They asked if I wanted a different flavor and I said no. They refused to give me my money back. I mean ABSOLUTELY REFUSED! The lady said she wasn’t allowed to issue a refund but could give me something else. I was very pleasant and said I didn’t want anything else and just wanted a refund. She said no and told me I needed to pull forward and she’d call someone above her. I said that I just wanted my money back and nothing else. She refused. I ended up leaving. I know it’s only $5 but I was furious! I will never return to another Wendy’s again!!!!!

Got my order in the drive thru and started to eat, noticed the burger tasted off and kind of dirty. Then I see that there was fuzz and mold spots on the bun that I had already eaten half of. I go back and notify them of what happened and ask for a refund. The manager, or she might’ve been the owner, barely acknowledged me or what I had just eaten. The only words she said to me were “I’m so sorry ma’am” and she barely looked me in the eyes. No acknowledgement of the fact that her establishment was serving moldy food, didn’t assure me that they would look over the rest of the buns to ensure no one else ate MOLD like I did. This place is clearly unsanitary and doesn’t care about the fact that they served EXPIRED, MOLDY, ROTTEN FOOD. Utterly disgusting, wish I could rate zero stars. Will be calling the health department.

I came through the driveway and they put the crispy chicken Pattie on my honey butter chicken biscuit. When they could of easily dropped the chicken in the fryer it only take 5 mins and 30 seconds I used to work at Wendy I know. I called like 30 times no one picks up the phone really need a whole new staff and management

Now I know why you get ONE star. if I could give ZERO, I would. it takes forever to order here and get the order. BUT the greatest issue is customer service. I went through today with an easy order, 6 piece chicken nuggets. I SHOULD have checked the bag. When I got to work there was a hamburger in the bag INSTEAD of nuggets. How difficult was that order? I gave it away because I CANNOT an eat hamburger right now. I wanted nuggets.Wendy's needs to get better control of their service and workers. If you don't, you may go out of business.

Every time I stop at this location it's always slow inside to a turtles crawl that I often will just leave. It shouldn't take 10min to ring up a frosty. Or when you order a "hold" item and they give you just the thing you don't want. I'm truly disappointed in this location as a whole from each experience over the last 2 years just disappointing all around.

Horrible staff extremely rude and extremely slow service. I never leave bad reviews but this staff is truly bad and ruined my night. I am always extra kind to those in the service industry because I know how difficult customers can be but the manager as well as the staff were awful and rude. I asked for help with a rewards issue and was sassed about how the app just doesn’t work and that’s not their fault and then after waiting 15 minutes for my food (in the drive thru) items were left out and i had to then drive back around and re order items as they would not give me the things they left out of my original order unless i PAID FOR THEM AGAIN. I then had to park and wait for french fries? The person who brought said fries then rolled their eyes when i politely said thank you (which was frankly hard to do at this point). Absolutely ridiculous for a wendy’s it is NOT that hard to be kind.
