I have been in the service industry for a long time. NO ONE at this location gets my order right and the management couldn't care less. The woman even laughed at me and made jokes about me while I was right in front of her. It's completely unprofessional and I will never get anything from this location again.

This Wendy's has gotten a little bit better over the last year. I stopped going about a year ago because you would sit in line for 15 minutes to get a frosty or something else that should be pretty simple. Recently I've started going back on occasion and the wait has been drastically reduced.

How is the manager going to STOP me from placing a order after i reached the inside because the they close do to short staff, but she is out side talking and on her phone I can't stand the service from this place it is dirty in side make me never want eat at this place again. They need to knock this whole building down an Hire all new people.

I would share but after attempting to get in 4 different days I can't. They lock the front door so nobody can order at the counter. I drive an 18 wheeler and deliver across the street guess ill have to start going to zaxbys

This is a joke of a Wendy's from a business standpoint. So I'll break this up into two different critiques. Firstly, the food. I have discovered more success in other Wendy's being able to provide better quality for their basic menu items. The chicken here is usually burnt and food is generally poorly made. There are times where the food is good and up to standards, but why flip a coin at this Wendy's? Which brings me to part two. This Wendy's is Drive Thru only. So the overall cost of operation must be significantly lower in comparison to other Wendy's. So why is it here that I'm charged more for my food than other local Wendy's. I don't have the option to sit down and enjoy it at this location and I'm charged more ???
I had never been to this location before so went to walk in as I always do at any other. There was a sign that said temporarily drive-thru only on the door so I got back in car and did that instead. When at the drive-thru I asked why they were closed to inside and the manager spoke over the teller saying it was because they were drive-thru ONLY as it said on the BIG sign. Extremely rude way to put it since the sign on the door said it was "temporary" not a permanent or normal thing. Then I place my order and the drinks were both wrong and both the small and medium fries had the same amount in them and were not good at all. I normally don't leave reviews even if the meal isn't what I expected, but between the rude manager, the poor service, and practically inedible fries, I'd had enough. Time 3:30pm on a Wednesday.

The spicy chicken sandwich was on point, fries were salty and tasty, the jr bacon cheeseburger was pretty good....the bacon seemed a little bit tough. But overall, good meal

The bacon needs to be cooked better, found hard pieces of bacon bits on all the burgers I ordered. Felt like a bone. The drink, let just say im no longer gonna get the strawberry lemonade again.

The staff is nice and polite. I come here a couple of times a month. But, only drive through. No dining room. Because of this fact ALWAYS check your food. Last trip I got stale fries and my fries looked like they emptied ALL the old fries so they can start fresh with the next customer.
