Yogli Mogli Frozen Yogurt

Sour frozen yogurt and horrible customer service.

The shop smells like sour milk. I went to make my choice and chose three different flavors. All of them were like sorbet and not frozen yogurt and I made sure not to get the sorbet. I guess for them to cut cost they thinned the yogurt with water and still
Cost $7.00. Not sure if this was a fluke but I won't go back

Good yogurt, but the place needs serious attention

The yogurt tastes good, but the shop itself feels very run down, just as other reviews have mentioned. Everything from the furniture to the floors looks poorly maintained and outdated. It is definitely in need of a remodel. I noticed that their last award displayed on the wall was from 2019, and unfortunately, it shows why they have not received one since.

It seems like they may be making small improvements since some of the machines look newer, which is a positive sign. However, there is always just one male employee working, and each time the interaction feels detached and not very warm or welcoming.

Overall, while the yogurt itself is enjoyable, the atmosphere and customer service make the experience less inviting and even make me question the overall quality of the place.

Worker was sitting during operating hours while doors were locked. It was 8:10. I get it’s later but change hours online if your gonna close it

Overall unpleasant experience at this location. I came in and got myself a frozen yogurt from here and I took one bite and it tasted sour and expired. I topped it with granola, which was also old and stale. I ended up having to spit it out, that’s how unbearably gross it was. Clearly their product is past expiration. I believe this place is due to a dire health inspection, it will get someone sick.

This place should be closed, it is Filithy. Your feet stick to the floor, you cannot see out of the windows and there are little nats flying around the yogurt machines and toppings. I started to fill my cup and four nats flew into my cup. Whoever owns this place needs to close it down and do a major cleaning overhaul. I will not go back and I’m tempted to contact the board of health and Yogli Mogli.

I will not be going back to this location. I had been looking forward to some frozen yogurt for a couple of weeks, but after going in there today, I was past disappointed. It was filthy in there. The floors were totally sticky. The bathroom was a disaster. The toilet was running and wouldn’t flush and there was trash all over the floor. In addition there were some type of gnats flying all around the bathroom. I’m tempted to call the health dept. It was truly a mess.

My kids love this place. Yogurt isn't cheap but it's about the best frozen yogurt in the Atlanta area.

This place used to be a good place to get ice cream but not anymore. Over half of their machines were out of service and the flavor selection was limited to fruity type yogurts.

Head over to Freddie’s for a much better ice cream experience.

Only half the machines had anything frozen the others just leaked out cold liquid. The staff didn't seem to care to much as they were behind the counter on the phone.

Unclean and machines out of order

Disgusting 🤢 there was only a few machines that were not “out of order” and all of them came out watery. This has been a problem for a solid year now it seems like. I always like to give it a few chances before I write a review. They need to shut down or get new management and fix the machines.

Everything out of order. Sticky floor.. looks dirty

Very dirty all over. Bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and toilet wouldn’t flush. Tables were dirty. 9 flavors were broken and out of order. Will not return and don’t recommend.
