Great food. The dining area is always clean. The staff is nice and friendly. I enjoy stopping by and eating here for my lunch break. The service is usually pretty quick. The chicken never disappoints. Stop by for some good food. Love some Zaxby's
One of the best places to go for wings!! They're salads are tasty as well.
Place was good, somewhat clean. Our fries were cold when brought out but they got us new ones. My boneless wings are always cold at zaxbys and it's never fully good because I like boneless wings at least warm. Service was good, overall pretty ok.
My first Zaxperience was a good one! After years of being a devotee of that other chicken place, I've learned I might be wrong. Might.
We walked in and immediately walked back out! It smelled so bad inside we wouldn't even stay to eat! Smelled like the floirs were mopped with dirty water

Long wait but the food was excellent
This location charges more for items - the Chastain location has standard pricing. Ordered a usual meal - cost $1.37 more and the food wasn't as plentiful. Got about a quarter less (ordered a salad).
Food was horrible. I ordered a boneless wing meal. The wings were small and I only received 4 instead of 5 wings. The fries tasted old and over cooked. I wasted my money. The dinning area was closed for some reason so I order in the drive-thru.
Service was horrible staff that was present at the time saw we walked in didnt even bother to take our order till I said something then the guy who who finally took our order still had an attitude also tables and floors all dirty food was decent atleast but just because of the staff I will not return to that location and we love zaxbys
