“We come here all the time. The staff are nice and friendly. We were here tonight and they were slammed. There was one staff member encouraging her team to stay positive and uplifting her team. It was amazing to see her passion for the team and her fellow staff members.“

“After the catastrophe of Hurricane Helene throughout Augusta, nothing brings back that true American pride like some hot McDonalds. The lady taking my order at the drive thru intercom was nice and patient and helped me with my questions. The wait wasn’t too long from ordering to receiving the food. I got the $5 meal bundle which comes with a 4 piece nugget, small fry, small drink, and choice of sandwich (chicken sandwich or double cheese) and opted for the double cheese. Everything was good and hot, and I left satisfied. McDonald’s definitely hits different when you don’t have power all week, so glad to see this American classic is back open.“
