Thanksgiving 2025 was one for the books Y'all! We ordered smothered turkey wings(tender & juicy), yams, dressing, black eyed peas(just like grandmas), mac(right cheese pull& flavor), sweet potato pie(sweet&savory), and yellow cake with chocolate icing(bussn). All the food was extremely well seasoned, cooked to perfection and was intoxicating. My daughter couldn't stop raving about how tender the wings were and how good the sweet potato pie was. Momma ate and fell right to sleep. She had her fill and was fully satisfied. I pray continued blessings and favor over your family Break N Bread , for stepping in At The Last Minute when I needed you most! ❤ GG

I had the pleasure of trying this establishment a couple weeks ago and my food was good!!

I ordered smothered turkey wings, rice, collards, mac & cheese, yams, and cornbread 😋
I wish that I would have taken some pictures,but I ate my food so fast that I didn't get a chance to take any, lol!!

I really dislike the fact that I have to leave a disappointing review on a black owned business; however...My wife and I decided to give them a try because they are near us and Man what a huge let down, to begin I was smelling bug spray the whole time I was there and when went to the register to pay i noticed the guy spraying raid all around the area attempting to kill flies, although it was difficult to ignore, we did. I ordered ribs, collards, and blackeye peas and my wife had a veggie plate with collards, lima beans, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes; so on to the review; the Mac and cheese had a sour taste to it like the milk used to make it was outdated, the collard greens were outrageously gross, had to be Glory can greens at best, the blackeye peas also had a sour taste to them, and the mashed potatoes ( no exaggeration) taste like the potatoes you.boil for potato salad, not a grain of salt butter or milk...disappointing and never again in life, $37 dollars straight to the trash receptacle, Really not sure how they lasted this long..Again I hate that I had to do this but Damn!!

This food was so delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. My wife and I had fried chicken Mac and cheese collard greens and yams. With corn bread. And I tell you it was delicious!!!! Will definitely be coming back. Also the honey hot sauce was great with the chicken.

Smoke bbq chicken was dry, tough, to much sauce, you should add sauce if ask for it, greens wasn't great, yams was way to sweet & no nutmeg , no cinnamon, just straight sugar, turkey wing was old, & mac & cheese wasn't cheesey, it was very soupy

I’ve had the pleasure to do repairs for this family owned business and they are very nice, welcoming and respectful. Most importantly the food is delicious and the cakes and pies are top tier. I definitely recommend Break N Bread for all your soul food desires ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sunday my boo and I came in for the first time. I definitely was not impressed with the way it looked, but the staff were friendly. Got home and my food was really good. I got the Mac and cheese, catfish and greens. So good…I will definitely return.
FYI..bolts those clear dividers that tipped over when we were there they just need to be bolted down or nailed down so they don’t fall. But the food was good.

You provided quality, quantity, and deliciousness and placed smiles on their faces through their stomachs. Home cooked fish, chicken chunks, broccoli casserole, cabbage, cajun corn dressing, and corn bread that was absolutely scrumptious. You are truly my Sistah in CHRIST - serving others with a moments notice. Your young men, and the rest of your staff made me smile and executed your recipes to a tee.
