Food is mediocre at best. It's not very flavorful. It's expensive for what you get. Boba is the most expensive in the area, about $3 more for the same thing.

I ordered a red bean milk tea from this restaurant and was disappointed in the taste and price. The milk tea tasted very watery, not very sweet, and a powdery texture. I only asked for 50% sugar, but you can hardly taste any kind of sweetness in it. And it cost $1.00 to have no ice in your drink and $1.50 for black boba pearls. All that for a *small* milk tea and a convenience fee (never seen that in any milk tea shop or restaurant) is $10.89.If you want great milk tea from a restaurant that doesn't price gouge you, I'd recommend Gong Cha & Quickly in Morrow. This restaurant is still in business because they can price gouge the high schoolers down the street & American adults who don't know anything about milk tea, but I will never come back.

Never again. To have spent $30 at this place, it was absolutely awful. My pho tasted like bath water with a bit of spice. The ingredients were flavorless. The $7 peach ade I had lacked flavor. The food smelled amazing but the taste did not match. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I purchased three large smoothies and the Korean corn dogs. I have been to the McDonough, GA location several times and the last two times the smoothies taste like flavored water. Too much ice and not enough fruit. Very disappointed. I would go at least once or twice a week. It will be a while before I return if ever. The Korean Corn dogs were okay, I won’t buy them again the hotdog on the inside was horrible.

I asked the barista if they sold hot teas, and they said yes. I ordered a hot matcha latte, but when I received my drink, it was iced matcha milk tea. I told the barista that I had asked for a hot latte, but a different barista said that they didn't serve hot matcha lattes. I was disappointed, as I had tried to ask before ordering, but the barista I had spoken to had given me incorrect information.

It’s a nice place for food and drinks, but a bit overpriced for some items. I don’t think some of the prices should be as they are. Overall a good place.Kid-friendliness: The have cartoons playing and it’s a cute place?

So I order a house brown sugar milk tea and this is what they gave me it's literally just milk. This location is terrible every time I come here they doing something wrong. I only came here cause I was running errands close by. But never again, I'll stick to the location in morrow cause their drinks are amazing.

I went there yesterday; they have a sign on the door that says serving wings again. So I went in to order the wing combo. The girl looks at the menu like that option wasn't supposed to be up there, then she goes to the back just to return and let me know that she doesn't know how to cook the wings ?. I'm like why are yall even open if there are two of yall here and nobody knows how to cook. The boy was just standing there with his arms crossed and there seemed to be sticky notes everywhere to tell them what to do except how to cook the wings. I won't go back.

The King Kong chain in general is mid-tier. It’s on the pricey side (boba starting at $6+), with only one size option for drinks (large) and for the price you pay, the flavors are lackluster. If you want no ice in your drink, its $2 extra. The atmosphere of this location is nice, but too much of the company’s money is spent on unnecessarily branding every item from the tables to the straw wrappers. That money would be better spent on improving the quality of the products offered. Overall, King Kong has a good menu variety of food and drinks, as well as a nice atmosphere, but I would honestly only come here if I’m desperate for boba.

$10 for one Boba tea?!? that’s ridiculous. And the Boba wasn’t even that good. The tea was good but the bobas were not good. definitely not worth $10 save your money.
