King Kong Milktea & Smoothie, Pho is a nice place for food and drinks, though some items may be considered overpriced. The restaurant has a kid-friendly atmosphere with cartoons playing. The service is friendly and fast, but the menu items can be quite sweet, and some drinks may be unavailable. The quality of the teas has been questioned, and the prices have been inconsistent.
The staff are very friendly, and customers enjoy the taro milktea, which can be ordered with 100% sugar and 100% ice. The taro boba is also a popular choice, though the quality can vary. The restaurant is family-owned, and customers appreciate the wonderful service, even with indecisive children choosing from the endless combinations of drinks.
