“So I had my order delivered. The delivery was ok.
The large pizza was smaller than I'd imagined, more like a medium. But I digress.
My main complaint was the bowl... it is not worth the price. No, the driver didn't indulge. The seal was intact. It didn't look anything like the picture. DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT. Make them fix or delete it.
I called and it was refunded. The manager was excellent! He offered to give me a refund and validated my experience.“
“The store had forgotten our 2 liter soda, and I dreaded contacting the store since customer service is so scarce now. However, I am so glad I called the store because I was able to interact with Sebastian. This young man was nothing short than friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I could hear his smile over the phone. I was beyond impressed with how he ensured that a driver would come and deliver our drink that we didn't receive. Ebony, his manager was also amazing, positive and professional as well, and I can tell she genuinely appreciates and cares for her team. I am grateful that I switched my family from Domino's Pizza to Papa Johns and plan to convert others to this amazing organization as well. Thank you for being wonderful from your taste and your service.“
