Pizza Hut in Mcdonough

“Awesome employees and manager. Swamped and I'm assuming understaffed like everyone else. The manager delivered my pizza. It's still hot. Thank you!

I live close by so I just drove up there to see if I could pick it up but they were already on the way, The web page was said it was delivered and the call center couldn't really tell me anything but the people on staff came through.“

“Shout out to the two male employees that were handling business last night. They were staying on top of the orders coming in, getting the pizzas out the door as fast as they were possibly able to and still took criticism with grace. They needed more staffing but that can be a review for another day. These two guys were setting an example of hard work and that was good enough for last night.“

“The food is good when it is prepared as ordered. I’ve had good orders but I’ve had more orders that were incorrect than correct. When waiting on them to make the missing item(s), the correctly prepared items are never kept in the warmer. Of course it’s cold by the time the missing items are cooked. The staff seems to acknowledge Delivery Drivers (door dash/uber etc) as soon as they enter no matter how long an ordering customer has been waiting to be acknowledged. This has been the norm each time I pickup my order.“

“Please don’t look at the overall rating and think you won’t get quality service from this establishment. Management is very friendly and professional. The quality of the pizza was great and they were very helpful when a mistake was made on my order. Best Pizza Hut in McDonough!!!“
