Pizza Hut in Mcdonough

“Awesome employees and manager. Swamped and I'm assuming understaffed like everyone else. The manager delivered my pizza. It's still hot. Thank you!

I live close by so I just drove up there to see if I could pick it up but they were already on the way, The web page was said it was delivered and the call center couldn't really tell me anything but the people on staff came through.“

“Shout out to the two male employees that were handling business last night. They were staying on top of the orders coming in, getting the pizzas out the door as fast as they were possibly able to and still took criticism with grace. They needed more staffing but that can be a review for another day. These two guys were setting an example of hard work and that was good enough for last night.“

HOWEVER
just curious; this is the THIRD time ive selected the basil pesto swirl as a topping, and this is the THIRD time in a row it hasn't been on my pizza :(
i get if the store is out or they don't have it anymore but if so, why make it an option? shame cause i really love it. but ive learned my lesson this time and just wont add it next time.“

“THEY ARE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND ALL DESERVE TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO SENSE OF URGENTS AT ALL I WAITED 40 plus mins on breadstick there was no apology or communication about any ones order we were all just sitting ducks after almost 45 mins I was out to be late to work so I left I came back the MANAGER ON DUTY WENT IN THE WARMER AND TRIED TO GIVE ME THE SAME FOOD FROM NOON HE MADE ME WAIT 40 mins again no apology to anyone the cook in the back black boy with locs has a very nasty attitude and mouth i typically don’t leave bad reviews but this is horrible they will be the reason this location shuts down“
