What's the purpose of online ordering if they're still not going to have the food ready an hour and a half after you placed the order? When I arrived, I was told they were just dropping the fries and it would be at least another three minutes. This was more than an hour after I placed the order and requested to pick it up ASAP.
GOOGLE needs a zero stars option.

I ordered online for pickup, got there, they said I never ordered, tried to get my money back online, never got it back. It was a 2 hr wait to re-order at the restaurant plus terrible customer service.

Surprisingly chicken is bland..... not a dash of seasoning. The employees are great. Ita always insanely busy. I've given them about 4 tries but not one item is seasoned so I won't be back.... well, the fries are seasoned.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a #3 chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese.... got a plain sandwich thrown on top of the bag and no napkins in the bag.... the order taker specific told the cook it was a bacon and cheese. I heard her yet I get a plain sandwich...

Everytime I come here it’s a chaotic mess. Last time they closed early & my order was already placed for pick up. Now they have the inside closed 3hrs early. Drive thru only and once again the line is wrapped to the outside of the street. They end up letting one customer and that they favorite because everybody else had to wait outside in the drive-through, but they unlock the door for one person

Wrong food order, I ordered 2 classic sandwiches and received spicy. No one thinks about people with food sensitivities and there might be a reason for not ordering spicy. I won't be coming back. I waited for the filets to be ready only to be given something I didn't order. If that by itself doesn't pyo I don't know what would. She chose to give me spicy, as it is clearly marked on the sandwich that it is spicy. People are getting tired of places that just gives you whatever just to get you out of the restaurant. I bet if we just stop visiting these places they'd learn really fast no to mistreat customers.

Incompetent employees and manager.I ordered dark meat they gave me white. Also, forgot to give me red beans and rice I ordered. I drive back around to take the food back they gave me attitude even though I was polite because I never want to piss off someone handling food I have to eat. After receiving the STILL incorrct order for the SECOND TIME,I drove off and threw the food away. I was afraid to eat it after the nasty attitudes. Wasted money. I wish my people had better customer service!

Absolutely terrible experience at Popeyes Store #11651 on Old Industrial Blvd in McDonough.

Not only did I wait an unreasonable amount of time for my food, but when I specifically asked for sauce, I got home and realized there was no sauce in the bag. To make matters worse, items were missing from my order altogether.

I called the store to try to resolve the issue, and the customer service was just as bad as the drive-thru experience. The employees answered the phone but were carrying on conversations in the background and never once acknowledged me or asked how they could help. After waiting on the line with no response, I hung up and tried calling back, only to find the line constantly busy.

If you’re going to make customers wait forever, at least make sure the order is correct and have enough professionalism to answer the phone when mistakes happen. This location clearly needs better management, better training, and much better customer service.
