Great customer service great friendliness and awesome greeting on the mic The lady with the purple hair you guys did a great job on hiring her she's the best now what I got was not made the best in the Starbucks history that I visit and trust me I visit them faithfully. But when you have great service great smiles great conversation you are forget about the bad food sometimes so keep up the good work but work on perfecting those cappuccinos please thank you
This is by far the best Starbucks that I have ever had, my matcha latte with pumpkin cold foam was amazing. Donnie, Tae and Lauren were creative in helping to create my drink as well as professional, knowledgeable and kind. My customer experience was truly amazing.
It’s never really clean inside, they don’t wipe the tables or sweep the floors often. The drink I get is usually good at other Starbucks and sometimes okay here but they don’t make it how you ask & it’s possible because every blue moon I get a barista who makes it right. My biggest problem with this location is the customer service the employees are snobby, very nonchalant and dismissive. I don’t like bad attitudes and people who have superior personalities.
