“Came in in July at 12am coming from NC, my server was knowledgeable when helping or answering questions and made me as well as my two girls feel comfortable. We ordered waffles with ham and a coffee. She is an Angel and we hope to see her again as well as the staff. A wonderful visit! Thank you all!“

This staff was transparent about their huge catering order for a business that was feeding a good amount of people, but still made a way to get my order out in a timely manner. A part of me said leave they’re too busy but the insisted I place my order and I did. This team was kind and handled my order with care even in the atmosphere of, what looked to be, an overwhelming catering order.

“Coming into Waffle House witness a young lady by the name of Ashley walking her authenticity. We just came in to use the restroom and to get A cup of coffee, and her customer service, the way she interacted with the customers, and her employees was over and beyond. Sitting in there watching her work in her authenticity was truly a blessing“
“After the terrible experience at the WH on 155, we decided to come to this one on HWY 20. What a difference! These folks were SLAMMED! Yet we were treated like long-time customers. The young lady who helped us was pleasant and quickly took care of us. I related our experience to the manager who said that shouldn’t have happened. BTW the other location was not busy. Highly recommend this location for a great breakfast at any time. Should’ve come to this one in the first place.“
