DO NOT GO TO THIS ZAXBYS IN METTER Worst experience. Took 48 minutes to get our order in the restaurant. They continued to give orders in drive thru and we waited and waited. Rude staff just standing around looking confused with no answers. I have never had such an awful experience at a zaxbys. Will never go to this one again. I hope the owner sees this and makes some changes before the business plummets. It’s awful. And the store also smelled like sewage.
Refused to serve our kids as we came home from a football game. Window said open until 11 with drive thru open until 12. We arrived at 10:30 and an employee scurried to the door and locked it and refused to allow us to eat. We had 10 kids at the door. Hardly a large crowd. Shameful.
BEWARE I stopped by the Metter Zaxbys and purchased a kids meal and 2 house salads to go. When I arrived home and was ready to eat the salads one of them had 3 live flies flying around in the container. It was nasty. My dogs enjoyed the chicken out of it.
