We have eaten here many times and have enjoyed it, but for some reason tonight from the moment we walked in the door has been a terrible experience. The food has been subpar and when I ordered a drink and it came and it was horrible I sent it back and was told I would still have to pay for it. I’m not sure what’s going on with their management and kitchen tonight but I hope they fix it because it’s absolutely a terrible experience tonight.

We had a birthday party for my 16 yr old grandson and Amici's did an amazing job! There were between 30-40 people in our party, ranging in ages from 1 to 70 yrs old. The waitresses did a fantastic job keeping up with everything. The food came out warm and delicious, with no confusion as to who it belonged to. The restaurant was packed, so the kitchen did a great job as well. Thank you Amici's, you made my grandsons birthday a very special one!
Poor Management. Not at all responsive to customer satisfaction issues. I asked to speak with the manager about mistakes with my order and he refused to even speak with me.
