I ordered a pizza and it arrived damaged and dropped. It was replaced almost 2 and a 1/2 hours later. Corporate gave me a coupon for a free extra large pizza but I will use the coupon at a another Papa John's in another location. The delivery service at this local papa John's is an insult to the entire company and the store manager should be removed immediately. She has a penchant for lying and hanging the phone up on customers.
HORRIBLE.
We didn’t receive the $3 2 liter we paid for AND they gave us an OPEN garlic dip.
So not only do we not have our drink but my shirt is ruined because it now is cover in oily garlic from attempting to shake an open sauce.
Never again will we order from this place.
