This is genuinely the best Chinese food I have ever had in my life. My friends and I drive down all the way two hours from Atlanta just to come to China Garden Milledgeville. I can not recommend the hot and sour soup enough. It is perfect with the wonton crisps they fry in house. The Mongolian beef is also delicious and their entire menu tastes so fresh and flavorful. The service and food quality & quantity is good. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The volume of business they do should generate enough capital to give this place a remodel or at least bring the bathrooms to a state where you don't check your vaccination record from shadowing the door.
It's obvious they don't desire guests, only delivery and caryout.
The food was very greasy.
