Actually the food was very good. Service was a “2”. Not sure where customer service has gone wrong, but they have a waitress that barely speaks to you. We were not greeted or anything when we walked in.
She comes by takes our order and doesn’t even ask us for extra drinks or anything.
Will you pretty much have to ask her or run her down to get anything extra to drink we were never asked if we wanted dessert or anything
Please get a waitress that is people friendly
The WORST service EVER! We use to go here all the time when we lived here 12 years ago so we were excited to go back. It was so sad to see how far downhill it has gotten. My daughter ordered a teriyaki steak dinner which was terrible. The meat was chewy and was on top of a pile of sautéed onion with a few pieces of broccoli and a so called teriyaki sauce poured on top. Mediocre sushi at best! Terrible take out service. The sushi is smaller than if you ordered it in the restaurant. Unbelievably RUDE, disrespectful waitress claiming to be the owner. The women was hostile, aggressive when I was trying to pick up a to go order. I asked her after a series of rude comments if she could be a little nicer that I was a regular client and she replied I DO NOT CARE! When I called to speak to the manager later that evening she hung up on me twice....read full review
