I went there Sunday with some friends and the service was horrible. Not even organized. The sandwiches was piling up. The young lady was nit even paying attention to the order that they were ordered. People that was behind us git served first. We about 20 minutes before we even got our food. As she was serving me she spilled some of my fries and did not replace them. She had admitted the whole time. And when asking for some sauce she huffed and rolled her eyes. Bad service. When I did get my food my food was not hot at all.

Very dirty inside. The employees was very rude. The drink machine was very disgusting wanted a soda but it was so watered down. Ordered for a big family. 7 people. Got 7 curly fries and all of them had hardly any fries in them. They was not busy whatsoever. Very disappointed in the service. Loganville will be where we go for now on. If that’s any better.

I ordered a half pound beef N CHEDDAR and got beef only charged for the cheddar, I even ordered an extra side of cheddar, charged for that as well, and didnt get it ! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. To make it worse i ordered it on grubhub so i couldnt even get it fixed so no lunch for me today!
Went through the drive thru and asked for a #1 with a large curly fry and a large jalapeño bite. Girl on the box, um, repeated it eventually, and um, rang me up for a large, but when I got to the window I was promptly handed a medium, my card was swiped and I was sent on my way. My large curly fry is barely there and cold. Like, cold. My classic beef n cheddar has more cheddar in the wrapper than on the sandwich, not to mention the sauce. Jalapeño bites, also cold.
