We eat here a lot. I was happy to see an offer for a bonus $5 gift card with purchase of a $25 card. So I go for the offer, only to discover, several screens into the process, that there is a $2.50 "digital services fee."
Come on guys. This really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Let me start by saying the food was superb and exceeded our expectations. That said, line was out the door due to extremely slow employees with very little customer service skills. Training is needed to make this place a better experience, next time I’ll order it to-go.
My first time at barberitos was pleasant ? The customer service was great. The food is delicious ? I had the spicy chicken burrito bowl ? the quality of the food was delicious and the servings? let's just say it's very plentiful .you'll get your money's worth that's for sure
