Love the different flavors and our dog really enjoys her doggy sundae! Only thing I would suggest is to get info on specials and such on your marquee. If you need help would do it for free ice cream! Just let me know!!

Went for my birthday reward ($3 off) and ordered a blast with the brownie from the sundae, not the bites as they are too hard (which I said explicitly). They said they couldn’t do so despite me having it done at that location and others before. I asked if they could compromise and give me the brownie on the side and mix it myself. She said that was fine, but when I got to the window, they handed me a brownie bites blast and said they were out of brownie and since they already made it I have to take it. Why would you make it when that’s not what I asked for? If you were out of the sundae brownie, why didn’t you tell me so I could choose something different that I would actually eat? They were not apologetic at all, seemed like a couple immature young adults.

It was a hot day and stopped for ice cream. Haven't been to a Bruster's in ages. Employee was very pleasant. Had butter pecan ice cream, and it was delicious. So much better than store bought.

The customer service at this location is awful. The workers are apathetic, immature and seemly disgruntled about work and properly servicing customers already. Customer relations along with customer satisfaction are strong qualities to have and:or display when working in a supposedly people-friendly customer facing industry. Everyone wants to be happy when, ‘buying’ ice cream. Please for the love of god, do better!

The employee that was taking my order shut the window on us. He was taking another order before us and the window was kept open. Needless to say the employee was racist. He was also yelling to his coworker when getting our orders out. the female employee was the only nice employee there. If you are Hispanic I don’t recommend this location, the male employee is racist.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Bruster's Real Ice Cream. I bought three buckets of ice cream, expecting great service to match the quality of their product. However, when I asked for some cups to go with my purchase, they tried to charge me $1 per cup! This was extremely frustrating and felt like a cash grab, especially after spending a significant amount on the ice cream itself. The ice cream may be good, but their customer service and pricing tactics leave much to be desired. I won't be returning anytime soon.
It was a delightful experience! There were a few people causing problems in line, but the staff handled it with a grace I would not have been capable of. I truly appreciated the great ice cream and service on Mother’s Day!
