Poor quality strikes again. Can you see the microscopic Oreo crumbs in this photo of Chocolate Oreo ice cream? That was the entire extent of the 'Oreo' in this entire waffle cone. Just call it chocolate and quit trying to fool us into thinking there are actual mix-ins in your ice cream. The quality at this location has gone DOWNHILL for the past several years since under new ownership-- we have been going to Bruster's locations for over 20 years and this one is consistently bad about the quantity and quality of it's mix-ins. Disappointment after disappointment. Not worth the price.

Ordered an ice cream cake online for pickup. On the day it is supposed to be ready it was not. Was told to come back the next day to pick it up and it was still not ready! Poor management. The staff is so rude.

Purchased 2 shakes the strawberry was ok but the chocolate was horrible! It was as if the ice cream must have had a lot of ice flakes in them because the shake was almost like watery!!! Absolutely awful!!

Bruster’s in Monroe is an absolute gem! The staff here is friendly, respectful, and always make the experience enjoyable. Unlike the rude service I experienced at the Athens location, the Monroe team actually knows how to treat customers with kindness and professionalism. They greet you with a smile, are happy to answer questions, and never make you feel like a bother. The ice cream is delicious (as always), but it’s the customer service that really sets this location apart. I’ll gladly drive the extra miles just to be served by people who actually care. Five stars to the Monroe crew — keep it up!

Great ice cream. The worst service they did not do my order right after that they where charging me for the original one that I had ask. They I ask for a banana split never gave me the banana or the pretzel stick chocolate cookie that comes with it. Ask for napkins only gave me 1 after I order 3 different ice cream. Never had a problem before today was horrible.
