I placed an order there through DoorDash and when I received it one drink was missing and the drink we did receive wasn’t even a drink at all but a large cup full of cleaner/industrial soap instead. I tried calling all night since receiving order and no one answers and vm full I did make a police report. Had I not notice the drink wasn’t coke or Dr Pepper my son or myself would have beefed up in the emergency room

Very bad service, if you want to buy a hamburger it may be in another establishment.
I spent 5 minutes in the drive thru waiting and I never got any response, I went in and no one was answering, it's as if they didn't care about serving the customer.
The service they provide in this establishment is terrible.

Complete circus at this restaurant. Employees rude for no other reason than to be rude. My online order was 30 minutes late. When the girl finally packed my order she threw it on the counter at me. I guess if I had been rude maybe it would have been justified, but I hadn’t said anything other than I was there for my order.
This place needs a management and employee overhaul. Dirty restaurant with rude and lazy employees.

It was literally one car in front of me in drive thru it took them 10 minutes to take the person order. When I got to the speaker I asked to give me just one second to read the menu which I never should’ve done. Had to wait 10 minutes or more to place my order. When I was going to the window another vehicle came up behind me. I came around the person in front of me was still at the window we waited 10 more minutes finally turned off my car. The person in front turned their car off after 10 more minutes finally the drive thru window flies open and the person hands her the food. The person said I need my milkshake. The cashier looked confused and the poor person and me waited another 6 minutes meanwhile that poor person behind me at the speaker was still there waiting to order. When I finally got to the window I was in completely shock at the size of the 5 dollar meal drink it was a baby size (and that’s being kind) whooper jr. was smaller than the palm of my hand and the additional sandwich that I ordered was not in the bag. I asked one of the workers about it and of course it wasn’t rung up properly. When I asked to pay the girl had to wait on the other person who was finally taking the order of the person who came behind me. I finally waved and said never mind and left. When I was leaving the parking lot that poor car behind was just now pulling around to the window. I only go to Burger King once or twice a year now this is why. Never again waste of an hour.

This location can never seem to open on time. There have been multiple occasions when I have come in about 6:40 in the morning and nobody acknowledges you at the drive-thru even though there's somebody there. They need to staff their location properly. This has been going on for over a year.

Rudest people ever!!!! I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes. Nobody ever answered. I pulled around to the window and the manager rudely told me I had to pull back around to the speaker and place my order. I told her nobody said a word and she informed me because they are busy. They had 2 cars!!! They are NEVER busy!!! You have a bunch of lazy, rude people that are going to close the Monroe store

unsanitary atmosphere - Flies everywhere, dirty counters and tables, kitchen was Horrendous.

Did I mention the workers had shower caps on while cooking
