Chik fil a in Monroe, Georgia!
I have eaten chik fil a for many years. I have just about decided not to go back again. I have noticed every time that the waffle fries are not cooked thoroughly. They are taken up too soon and are not crispy at all. They are not cooked all the way. I go through the whole container and have maybe 3 fries that are edible. A waste of money. Slow down, cook the food right and make customers want to come back. Right now its a firm NO from me.

The app charged me for my meal, but when I got to the store and tried to scan the qr code, the option wasn't there and my meal was gone. I told a manager and they helped snd got me my food and really fast too. Great place and great workers

Big shoutout to Jess, Colby, Abigail and Cameron! They never fail to make it a great experience every time I come to CFA. Even though they’re going through renovations and I know it’s probably stressful, Colby had the energy up and morale seemed high amongst everyone. Love to see it.

Ordered the 4 count chicken mini meal. Asked for extra honey butter on the minis. Was told they dont do that at this location??? Translation, we dont put any HB on them so we cant do extra. The buns on the minis were old. I didn't even eat the bottom half because they were so hard. 2 of the 4 chicken pieces were smaller than a dime. You charge more than $1 a piece for them. Thats just ridiculous. Please do better.
