Monroe,ga location. I went inside twice in the past month and both times, I saw roaches crawling on the counter and coffee machines while waiting on my coffee. It happened again today. I called the manager but only spoke to shift leader, I told him they need to call pest control and I didn’t plan on eating there again. I hope they handle the situation bc I was a frequent customer!!
