Avery is such a great employee, she needs a raise ! She’s the best employee y’all have at that Dunkin’ Donuts , she never fails to remember my order and make me happy , such a sweet girl!!

Yuck. Literally spit out my sausage wake up wrap this morning. Clearly made ahead of time and so sloppy. Pulled off the burnt pieces of tortilla but couldn't get allbthe burnt cheese out, and tried it anyway but wish I hadn't. I still had hope for the coffee but the liquid sugar they use is repulsive. I didnt realize I have to specifically ask for regular sugar. Looking forward to a stomach ache and never going back.

Food and coffee here are always perfect and are ready when I get there! (I order on the app). However, the last few times I have gone in, especially today, the counters have been very dirty, the tables haven't been wiped down, the mobile order 2 tier is dirty, and the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned good in a while. The air vent dust is accumulating on the ceiling and wall. This location needs a good deep clean!

Was out of everything I came to order. When I received my iced coffee no sugar it tasted awful. Donuts were okay. Came another time and the employees are a bunch of rude teenagers that act like you're a bother. Been waiting for my food 10 minutes

Worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Only one person working the front while FOUR people just stood around in the back doing NOTHING. The young lady kept trying to get help but they didn’t care to come help. I ordered a simple coffee with the cheddar bacon egg bites. I wasted a whole 30 minutes waiting on my order. Only got my coffee and nobody bothered to make the food. I couldn’t wait any longer and just left.

Ignore this Dunkin’ Donuts location at all costs.

I have been coming here since they opened and wow has it changed. The food I ordered was cold on the inside. I ordered a frozen coffee and this is the 3rd time that my frozen coffee wasn't frozen. Why pay extra to just get a regular drink. Taste like milk chocolate. This store has gone down hill. I took it back and they said I would have to pay $2 to have it remade. I have never heard of that before. This store needs more managers and either new workers or retrain the workers. I went to Starbucks ordered the same thing and it was frozen. You are losing customers like me. Plus the people in there are so rude. Left is standing for 10 mins before we were served.

The employees look so unhappy! & I guess I was asking for too much when I asked for my hash brows to be fresh & fully cooked after returning the half cooked ones they originally gave me. The hash browns I received back still were not hot or fresh, it looked like they put them back in the oven or whatever for a few seconds & added a few more.

It is so aggravating that the employees take your order , and give you whatever they feel like. I asked for a coolata with whip cream. I get a plain coolata. I told the lady hey I'm supposed to have whip cream on this. The label on the drink even said so. Then my coffee was supposed to be caramel. They gave me plain coffee.... more often then not they do not give you a receipt. This is not the first time they have messed my order up. I dont know whose training these young people that work here but they do not pay attention to detail. Unfortunately this is the only dunkin donuts in the area .. so I can't go to a different location. Like I said this is becoming a regular occurance. If I pay for something, I should get exactly what I paid for. It shouldn't be a bad experience and I shouldn't have to remind people how to do their jobs. Unreal.
