Although the owner is very sweet and has good customer service, the food was not good at all. I had stew chicken and I am a stew chicken expert. I've had every version of stew chicken there is. There's definitely a difference between commercial and home cooked stewed chicken and I love them both when done properly but I don't know what this was that she was calling stew chicken. It was like chicken was thrown in a pot with no seasoning and hit with some browning...
I ordered food from here using Doordash. The food was amazing!! I ordered large oxtail with rice and peas, and Carrot Cake. The food was well seasoned and the cake.was very moist. I would definitely order again.
This was my first time going there and I wasn't disappointed at all. Really good food and I can tell that the people that work there are really good people. That's a win-win for me.
