The time to receive drinks and food took entirely to long. The drinks did not come out until 10 minutes later and the food even longer, this seems to be an on going thing. The welcome in was not good and the tables were not cleaned off.

My family and I have been going to this IHOP for over 10 years, with the service being outstanding. Today however, was not anything near outstanding.
I went with my family to get breakfast at this IHOP before going to work. With previous experience of the workers being friendly and fast with orders, our order was wrong, and we had slow service.
We had ordered bacon with eggs, and hashbrowns. Instead, I received sausage (not bacon), my eggs were cold, and had pancakes instead of hashbrowns. Upon receiving the pancakes, we had asked for butter. It should not take more than 5 minutes to get butter, and having to get up and ask for it again.
I went here for what was supposed to be breakfast with my family. This has truly been a disappointing experience.

This was the worst IHOP I have ever experienced. I cannot believe this was sent out of the kitchen. They probably have to close at 3:00 because of the horrible customer service and food preparation unlike the normal IHOP.
