This place needs to be shut down. Service is terrible, food is terrible, a few good attitudes is all this place has going for it. I’ve never seen a medium rare burger from McDonald’s until tonight. This isn’t the first time this place has disappointed. Idk why the kids like this place!

Every time I come, there is an issue. Whether they forget an item or my sauce, I have to wait extended amounts of time in a parking spot, or the staff being rude and clearly not wanting to be bothered. I can just about bet on a bad experience here. More than likely just won’t be back.

Ordered McDonald's twice one last night and this morning and they did not give me my food that I ordered. Last night ordered a McChicken meal didn't get my McChicken sandwich and then this morning I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes and they did not give me my sausage. Then I tried calling multiple times and got a busy signal

Saw 15 people in the back but still took over 20 minutes to get my food, only after I walked in from sitting at the drive thru. Chicken sandwich wasn't even cooked through and made me throw up. And while I was in the drive thru the 10 cars behind me had gotten their food and there was 8 others that was made to pull curbside. I mean how long does it take to make a big mac meal.

The manager on duty the evening of 12/13 was beyond rude. My greetings upon approaching the counter was being yelled at to place my order on the kiosk from the area they put orders together. The dining room floors were greasy and slippery. The food is certainly on the bottom end of the McDonald’s I have had. They were out of both specials McDonald’s is offering. The grinch meal and the McRib. No apologies other than we don’t have any the warehouse is out.

She then came up to me and accused me and my friends claiming that we were here earlier this week “fusing and cussing in the store” she then claimed that one of the workers had described me from head to toe and that I was the main one causing all the chaos. She was very rude while saying all this.

Ordered 30 mins before hand. Because I know they are slow. Just to get there and have to wait an additional 20. Get my order and get home. And I’m missing both of my fries to both of the meals I ordered. And the kiddos didn’t have there milks to the happy meals. 0 sauce
Told wife to remind me not to go to that location again.
