Slooowww! I heard the Mgr who was taking cash in the DT say someone couldn't be on the floor and then go running up to the front. We literally sat there, in the window, waiting to pay for 7 min. Then she comes back saying she thought she had already taken our money and had gone to go help train two new people. Meanwhile, at least the 3 cars that were behind us drove away. When we did get to the next window, a young lady in a tube top was standing behind the counter with a big bag of food. Our burgers were hot and fresh, but our fries sat for a while because the bottoms were warm, but the tops were ice cold. The staff were friendly enough, and maybe everything she said was true, maybe...?

Poor experience went drive-through repeated order at screen, then repeated order at payment window pick up Food forgot 2 mc griddle’s. Have to pull back up. Go inside. Get them to give them to me drive all the way home for my family member to tell me that they’re sweet tea is nothing but carbonation drive all the way back another 15 minutes. first thing that was said to me when I walked up to the counter with nothing but a carbonation drink was oh Coke didn’t have syrup in it. I repeat no it was supposed to be a sweet tea. Then I asked for the manager the head manager comes up. I explained to him you just dealt with me about 20 minutes ago before I drove all the way home to realize I have a sweet tea. There’s nothing but carbonated soda water. This manager says in disappointment shakes his head says give me just a minute walks off and never comes back finally another manager in a blue shirt comes up and says how can I help you? I tell her I’m dealing with the other manager.

2nd time ordering on DoorDash and they never pack the full meal but take the full payment the wanna do the wack refund that takes forever idk stay away from here they are slow.

Most of the time you will have to wait a while before getting your food... Going thru the drive thru can take a while but going inside definitely takes a lot longer, you will end up standing at the register waiting for someone to come and take your order for about 10 mins with workers constantly looking over at you but they keep you waiting

Horrible. Took them almost 20m to get my order prepared (it wasn't a big order...) and I got home with it, and the bagel is ROCK hard...like, break a tooth on it hard...this is not the 1st time...probably won't be back to this one... IF they have what you want in stock, it will likely be trash...

Place is dirty and the manager and the kids who work there are super rude, unprofessional and does not know how to work in the service industry. This place needs new employees and management. The managers let the kids who work there give out free food, let them be talking on their phones while you have customers, dancing around, joking and playing around.

No one is working the front counter to take cash. They all assume you pay at the kiosk with a card 🤦♀️ so they DON’T ask when you’re standing there looking like an idiot like you are just there observing their work ethics.

I had swore off McDonald's because anytime I went they would always mess up a simple order. Well the children convince me to stop their today. The staff wasn't rude and the food was good. I am not saying McDonald's food taste great. But it tasted as it should have. Great job to the team working today!

My girl friend and I are out doing door dash and we had an order come across for a double cheeseburger meal and we arrived at the drive through at 12:54 and they are not supposed to close till 1:00. We were unable to get anybody to come to the window until 1:06 a.m. this associate went and got his manager who proceeded to tell us that there was nothing they could or would do for us. This unfortunate effects not only us but our children as well as this is the only income that we currently have. I feel that we were wrong by the manager and this needs to be fixed by McDonald's because we lost out on a $25 delivery as well as any potential tip that there may have been involved with this delivery.
