Went through their drive thru this morning, very disappointing! They pulled every car up and into curbside parking, had probably 5-7 orders just waiting for food. When they were bring people food out it was very disorganized. We order in the drive through at 10:50am didn’t receive our food until 11:12am after my husband had to go inside and see what was taking so long, as everyone around us was receiving their food Then proceeded to tell us our order had to be made with fries and not hash brown because they lost our ticket and they no longer have hash browns available! This location needs to do better with taking care of customers & being organized…maybe shouldn’t worry so much about their drive time when paying customers are being forgot about

Placed an order online, order went thru reserved table 109 sat for an hour no food. One employee at one point said your food is coming in 5 min. After an hour nothing, spoke to one employee he said ill take care of it, spoke to another clueless, spoke to the one said that he'll fix it, he's acting like he saw me for first time. Order placed 4:52pm Review left at 6:13pm pissed as a hungry wolf. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME MCDONALD'S SAW ME IN ONE OF THEIR FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS. IF I GET CHARGED FOR FOOD I DID NOT GET, THATS BREACH OF CONTRACT.

The girl that took my money was great but the girl that handed me my food looked & acted miserable. I told her to have a good day & smile & she slammed the window closed. Also; 3rd time in a row they put cheese on my double hamburger.

Worse McDonalds ever, don’t ever go! They had me waiting over 20 mins for 1 mcchicken! Every curbside pick up space was filled she had to pull everyone over!! Get new staff who wanna work or close this one down because this is pathetic!!

Placed order on the app. Waited in line 30 minutes. Watched the young lady at the window hand my order to the man in the car in front of me then he handed it back when she realized it was the incorrect order. Pulled to the window and was told they have no drink carriers or ranch. Once I checked the order, it was incorrect and missing items. If you want McDonalds, bypass this location.

I decided to try a Big Mac after years of not having one. All I can say is I got the worst stomach ache and it wasn’t worth it. However, if the ice cream machine is working you’re all good. Get the ice cream every time.
