R.J’s Soul Food & More

We attempted to dine here but ultimately decided to eat elsewhere. The first challenge was simply finding the restaurant, as there was no visible sign on the front of the building, making the location difficult to identify.

Once inside, we learned that several items listed on the menu were unavailable. While occasional shortages can happen, the number of unavailable menu items was disappointing and limited the available choices.

Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and did not leave a positive first impression. Because of these factors, we chose not to stay and dine.

Since we did not order any food, I cannot comment on the quality, flavor, or service related to the meals themselves. I hope these issues can be addressed, as they may impact other potential customers' experiences as well.

food is okay , customer service needs to be worked on or actually hire professionals to run the front and not the mom , she is very rude and non welcoming .. You’ll be standing at the register for 20 minutes with her sitting there and 100 people walking around in the back while she take 30 calls and you’re waiting and now your food is cold and nasty .. second experience with the SAME experience

Apparently this place doesn't even exist anymore cuz I went to the old location and they got paper up on the windows and then I go to where it says it is on Google maps and it's a computer store

1st time had catfish it was good size and cooked just right!! Was hot and fresh

My first and last time coming here. The wings were horrible, definitely the worst I’ve ever had and I’m 34 years old. The wings were super tiny and didn’t look good and tasted even worse.

What a great place! Food was fresh, made to order and delicious 😋
I ate fish and shrimp. I ordered coleslaw, it was perfect. I didn't expect french fries but they were great as well.
Absolutely delicious overall. It was a nice pleasant positive atmosphere.

I was so happy that we had a chance to eat here on Sunday. My family enjoyed their meals so much that my mom took her empty plate back to the owner and said “nothing was good on my plate,” lol. It’s a good place to go for soul food and wings. The owners were all very nice and friendly.

I went in for a veggie plate and they have made a loyal returning customer. I have not had soul food like this since my grandmother passed away 3 decades ago. This restaurant is all around wonderful.

Best wings I ever had came up here twice in the past 3 days I have been up here working these are to die for
