“Every Chick-fil-A is a great experience. The food and the people are very good BUT the drive thru can be challenging especially when they are busy, which is understandable. However, they have added enhancements with double lanes and mobile ordering which allows customers to order more efficiently and allows more vehicles to place their orders. Unfortunately all that is done only to find yourself merging into one lane to get your food, which is where the bottleneck occurs. This is where creative thinking needs to come into play. I only ordered, for example, a shake. But I had to go through the entire drive thru process to get it. I could have parked and gone inside but I didn’t. Some of the orders should be fast-tracked, like mine, to reduce the wait for orders that are simple or prepaid. Logistics logistics logistics. Unfortunately, due to this, I many times do not go here. It would be nice if they could improve this experience.

Their biscuits can never be beat. :) They always have the TV on golf or are playing loud country but let's be real, you aren't going there for a business meeting. Unless you're a rancher. Or a teen trying to convince their parents to buy them Jelly Roll tickets.“
