This was a relaxing and wonderful lunch spot to allow us to recharge. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay and we never had to ask them to come. Very attentive! I was able to order just a taco 🌮 a la cart since I didn’t want to eat a lot and you get a heaping basket of chips with salsa. Was the perfect amount to eat for a lunch. Atmosphere was nice and easy to still have a conversation. Not too loud of a place. You can park right in front with the street parking but we enjoyed the walk from our office. They have a huge menu so there’s plenty to choose from even for the pickiest eater. We sat at a booth which was very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Great experience.

Changed my rating from a 5 to a 1 because of the two boys doing music bingo. It was way too loud. We shouted just talk and they turned it up. The one with glasses hit me in the back with a chair and said nothing.
I love this place but I will never come back if this is a regular thing.

The food is subpar to say the least. No seasoning, nothing. Save your money. A pitcher of margaritas and 2 dinners was $100.00!!!!!!! And we were there on a Tuesday. To expensive for subpar food.

Food is always good, service is a different story. After looking for parking for 10 minutes I get inside on a Tuesday evening about 7. Go to upstairs bar ordered and received a drink. Bartender then disappeared for about 10 minutes, came back to make something for someone else, and again was gone. Could be a great place with the consistently good food they serve, but with the bad service, NO Music and no Braves game on I likely won't try my luck again for quite a while. I don't know what it takes to get someone to open even a basic restaurant/bar with consistently good service without having to pay $24 for a cheeseburger but when someone does THEY WILL TAKE OVER THIS TOWN!!!!

I just heard about this place, and I knew by the name I was going to love it and guess what... I did! Amazing food!
We tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. It was a bit of a drive, but totally worth it. The food was delicious! I got the Arroz Texas a unique dish with chicken, steak and shrimp over rice with cheese and onions. My husband had the Choripollo and he really enjoyed it. Salsa was a finely blended type with a kick. I appreciate a less chunky salsa, so this was a plus for me. The portions for our meals were generously sized, we both had leftovers and for lunch very reasonably priced. I will definitely make the trip again and again for this outstanding food joint in the middle of a cute little downtown scene.

Was walking around downtown Monroe and decided to stop in as we had not tried it before. Walking in we were greeted by a cheerful host. They have a large dining area on the main floor plus an upstairs dining area and a separate bar area with tables, which we preferred. Jared was doing double duty as both the bartender and waiter. He took his time explaining the menu and made some recommendations as well as made notes of my food allergies. We chose the Tacos Hawaiianos and the Haumuchill Special. Great flavors, good portions and all around super delicious. The tacos came with a Chipotle sauce that was fantastic and has a delicious heat.
We highly recommend this spot in town...the menu variety, quality, flavors and all around super staff make the difference between a good restaurant and a great restaurant...and they keep the beer and mugs ice cold for those who enjoy that part of dining.
