Went last night for my daughter’s birthday. Poor service. Less food than usual. Didn’t come around to refill drinks. Didn’t acknowledge birthday as requested. Last time we went the food and service was great. Saw that the tip was automatically added with no notice. Last night tip was not automatically included. Must have had complaints and removed tip and less service and food.

First time at this new location. Been going to the old for a while that some of the staff remembers me. New place is nice and fresh. The food it let me down, was expecting the same quality and taste. It was lacking in some of the extras tastebuds. Was good but not great as it once was. I remember the fried rice get salt, pepper and some secrete seasonings, was salt, seafood was not seasoned as it once was. I don’t mind to pay more since this new building but give me that flavor I love please. Make sure portion are worth it, felt on the small side for the price. I want to come back please take my recommendations. I’m okay for the price but let’s get the food portion and taste up there.

Wanted to love this place as it is close to our house. The noise level was very high making it difficult to communicate. Low quality food. The lobster and shrimp were soggy, fake lemon juice, not real butter but an unidentified thick yellow liquid ( my husband thought it was mustard), all sauces were unbearably sweet. We were a party of 6 and none of us could eat our food. Will not be back.

We had a large party (19), so seating took a little while. The food was great! The chef was very entertaining! We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner!

Honesty it was a “fair” experience.
Three of us got the hibachi at a dine in table: - Salad was LITERALLY lettuce w/ dressing. Nothing else. - The soup was warm not hot. -Hibachi steak was fatty and chewy - portions were smaller than expected - you have to pay extra for veggies (small portion too) - food was also warm at best not hot.
They brought out 2 of the entrées and daughter had to wait for hers. Unorganized, semi warm food, with smaller portions. We left a great tip but just felt bad after spending so much money and getting fair food

If you’re going to have the same prices as upscale Japanese restaurants, the food should also match that. The chicken was very tough and the vegetables were $3 extra for a few pieces of onions and carrots.

The new location is clean and bright, but seems to lack ambience with the tables corralled together in an open room. Sadly, it appears the lunch menu is gone. When ordering the filet steak and chicken combo, the quality of the filet steak and chicken was poor. The steak and chicken was thin and small, thus not resembling sliced meat. The salad was bland and vegetables with the meal cost extra.
