The service and the food are pretty good. However, the entire place is filthy. It seems there are a lot of reviews stating they had the same experience. The restaurants promises to address the problem with the GM and staff, but it is obvious this has not happened. We love the your pie concept and pizza. I hope the next time we visit the place will be clean, if not, I know it will be our last visit.

This location use to be great. Last time in this location may well be the last time for some time. Maybe in a year or so we may check back.My wife and I ordered online, big mistake. We thought it’d save time, ordering for my in laws and us. The pizzas and pasta bowls weren’t made with the right ingredients and half were burnt and looked like a 5 year old made them in a hurry. This was during non peak times on a Saturday.And as we are waiting a man comes back up to the counter with a pizza box in hand, states it’s not his, and they try to turn around and hand it to us in our stack, realizing that’s the pizza they couldn’t account for.I’m absolutely not taking food once it’s been in another customer’s hands. How do I know he didn’t put something in it, eat from it or cough all over it. There should be rules about that kind of thing.So then we have to wait even longer for them to remake it haphazardly.While we wait, we begin to see customer after customer ask about ice. They were selling customers drinks knowing it was out of ice/broken. And as more customers order and check out, they continue to not mention it before taking their money.It was just ridiculous from start to finish. You’re truly better off making the drive to Loganville or Bethlehem location.So we literally waited twice as long for burnt food, not one apology or attempt to make it right. If that was my first time at YourPie, I’d say it would be my last. Fortunately I knowit’s just this location, and not all YourPies.And you can always tell locations who aren’t doing well, they remove the ability to leave reviews on their Facebook page. Do better Monroe YP!

Worst customer service in monroe, no employee wears hair nets, gloves not changed between orders, and the young workers are just rude.Wont ever be back at this dump

Not impressed with the cleanliness or the staff. Slow evening and the place was a mess. There was a severe lack of management. I saw female employee come out of bathroom with another male of a single stall bathroom. There were friends of the staff just hanging out. My pasta came out cold and they had to reheat it. Place just needs someone to give direction and some training.

You can get a very good salad from your pie, that's what I like to get, it's not pre-made, they put all of the things that you want in it just ask.
