“Firehouse Subs has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would change is to add more vegetables to the subs. But overall it is delicious. Definitely going back.
Parking: There are other shops next to Firehouse so parking may be a problem if you visit during lunchtime.“

It never fails every time I go in there I over hear customers telling the staff that they live in Nashville and Fitzgerald. That they rather drive all this way, passing by other locations just to eat at this one and now I see“

“Food is great, the cleanliness and service was 10/10. pricing of it was kind of ridiculous. i got a 6in turkey club with chips and a drink, almost $16. i understand we’re under inflation right now but that’s a little high for just a 6in. meal. other than the pricing, everything else was perfect.“

“Came to pick up lunch and was greeted by the most friendly staff I’ve dealt with in a very long time. The store was clean and I was in and out in just a few minutes. These ladies definitely brightened my day with their positive attitudes!“

“They don't read notes for the online orders apparently... I asked for extra tomatoes and pickles because I don't like their shredded lettuce. I also asked for Swiss cheese on my club sub instead of provolone, and didn't receive that either. Disappointed with their online ordering.“

“Excellent, excellent, excellent! I traveled back to Georgia to visit my daughter and had to go back to this wonderful place! Soooo many chicken salad varieties and options! I wanted to open a franchise in Illinois, but the fee is a bit out of my price range ? I wish there was one of these wonderful franchises near me in Northern Illinois!“
