Blue Sky Grill is a restaurant with a lovely building and location. The music is at a reasonable level, but the food quality was disappointing for the price. The dishes were served barely warm, and the flavors were not up to the mark. The fried mushroom appetizer had too much breading, overpowering the mushroom taste. The prime rib lacked proper seasonings and tasted tangy. However, the service was excellent, with a sweet waitress who handled complaints well. The grouper was not well-received, but other dishes like the chicken tenders were enjoyable. On a positive note, the ribeyes and prime rib were cooked perfectly, and the attentive service made the dining experience pleasant.
