I went here for the first time and it was a good experience considering I ordered in the drive thru, everything went accordingly I left the drive thru and when I started eating I realized they messed up my order. I went back before I ate another bite. I said I need to speak with a manager, I expressed my concern and the manager made things right on the spot free of charge and no hassle at all. When I eat at Captain D's , it is always clean and never crowded. The food is amazing. My favorite dish is a 4 piece fish w/fried okra and Mac n cheese.
