Stopped for a drink. Ordered from the kiosk as directed. Watched them fill the cup along with other orders and placed in their holding area. Watched the ice melt as I patiently waited for it to be handed to me. I finally asked an employee for my drink. They picked it up, checked the receipt, said they didn't know it was just a drink and apologized. Not the worst interaction but not good .
Food was delicious but for some reason the front door was locked and one of the customers within the restaurant had to let us in because the employees didn't they just watched us wondering why the door was locked got to say wasn't very pleased with the service from the employees but the food was good so that's one positive thing work on your customer relation skills

I would have given it five stars, but broken down this is what I have experienced.Food: the burgers are greasy, the chicken nuggets are dry, the fries are my favorite, I love the queso fries, however, sometimes they only put a few drops of cheese, then sometimes the fries are covered as they should be.Service: Rarely do we go and there is a happy voice over the intercommunications system, and the servers at the window rush the food/drink out the window, don't smile, and behave...read full review
