Plenty of staff working but unorganized. Three different people asked if we had been helped (after we ordered online using DQ app) but failed to see task completed. Could have walked in and ordered at counter and got it quicker!

if you order a chicken strip basket, they either forget your toast or give you 3 extra chicken strips, so i'd probably treat them right

Food was HOT and FRESH! Order was correct, and neatly packed in bag. Lady was very patient taking my order and read back the order correctly. We received our food in a timely manner. Would love to see some grilled chicken on the menu! 🫶🏻

Ordered at Drive thru waited 4 mins after paying for our drinks and theres no ice in it at all. Asked if the sweet tea was good at the speaker and was told yes (Its vile). It has a texture to it like unmixed sugar and is CLEARLY old by taste and smell.

The worst service I've had came for 2 burgers and a 7 meal deal cheese burger and got chicken stripe instead and forgot out othe burger gave us no fries and service was 30 mins to get a fraction of the order we didn't get our fries and a drink we just left if I could give it less than one star I would give it a .25
ABSOLUTELY TERRABLE!!!

This was a great surprise! Ordered drive-through Alaskan fish sandwich meals with a milkshakes for the family and everyone loved them! The fish was surprisingly good, the fries were fresh and the milkshakes were thick and tasty. We liked it better than huddle house and Burger King. Thank you, Dairy Queen! (but please ask the guy at the drive-through to quit saying sweetheart. I swear he called me sweetheart seven times in the five minutes it took me to get my order. Maybe he was joking? It was creepy.)

First off: Idk where that previous review came from because I know how to spell. That being said, we enjoyed our purchase tonight. It was exactly as ordered and not at all busy. We were served quickly and everything was accurate.
Each employee seemed to be helping the other, they were a team working well together and all seemed to genuinely like their customers as well as their job. Thanks for the great service.

My husband and I waited 40 minutes for a small fudge Sunday and a blizzard only to be told that there computer was down. We have lots of problems with this D.Q in the past month and we are done!
