Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

First off: Idk where that previous review came from because I know how to spell. That being said, we enjoyed our purchase tonight. It was exactly as ordered and not at all busy. We were served quickly and everything was accurate.
Each employee seemed to be helping the other, they were a team working well together and all seemed to genuinely like their customers as well as their job. Thanks for the great service.

My husband and I waited 40 minutes for a small fudge Sunday and a blizzard only to be told that there computer was down. We have lots of problems with this D.Q in the past month and we are done!

If you like food with dirt on it cause it's been dropped on the floor. Or if you prefer expired foods. Or if you like bugs in your food, this is your spot!

The food is so bad! Taste bad, looks bad, and will make you sick. I have friends who work for her and they say she tells them to serve expired foods, has them pick bugs out of infested foods and even has them wash off, heat up and serve food off the floor. I will never eat here.

Totally dysfunctional. Inefficient in taking counter orders. There needs to be more hands-on management. More training and cross training required.

the place is always dirty & barely functional. the workers are very rude. It’s happened on multiple occasions where they won’t even speak to customers or respond back when they’re told “thank you or have a good day” they just slam the window. The last time I went the young man who had the window open talked about how he hates the customers & how they “piss him off” . Very weird & untrustworthy people to be handling food. definitely need’s corporate or someone to help that place.

The dairy queen experience isn't that bad, but the food didn't always taste right. Sometimes you would even see bugs crawling on the floor. Some previous employees told me they don't even fry the food separately so beware if you are allergic.
