“Everything was excellent but the pretzel sticks were as hard as a brick. So If you order anything wait until you get there to order them. so they won't be hard and they told me to reheat them but i don't have a microwave so that is out of the question.”

“On Sunday, July 26, 2026, at approximately 9:40 a.m., my wife and I stopped at the drive-thru at Burger King in Nahunta, Georgia, on our way to church. We were greeted by a young man working the drive-thru who was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I believe his name was Zack, although I’m not completely certain.

It’s not every day that you receive customer service that leaves a lasting impression, but he certainly did. He was friendly, courteous, and made our experience enjoyable from start to finish. His positive attitude started our morning off on the right note.

I hope management recognizes him for the excellent service he provides. Employees like him are a great reflection of your restaurant and deserve to be acknowledged. Thank you for making our Sunday morning a little brighter!”
